Todos queremos estar saludables, pero también sabemos que ello requiere de ciertos sacrificios en cuanto a la alimentación, ejercicio, descanso, actitud, pensamientos… 

Y realmente hoy en día también todos sabemos cómo tener un “Estilo de vida saludable” pero no nos resulta tan fácil mantenerlo. 

¿Por qué nos cuesta tanto mantener esos hábitos saludables? 

¿Por qué perdemos la motivación? 

La verdadera motivación que nos empuja a hacer las cosas y mantenerlas en el tiempo es esa palanca emocional que cada persona encuentra en su interior y le permite superar los miedos y la incertidumbre. 

Tener motivación realmente es tener un MOTIVO, algo que sea capaz de hacerte superar tu fuerza de voluntad. Para ello es importante descubrir nuestro verdadero “Para qué…” queremos conseguir algo. 

Existe el ejercicio del “Séptimo para que…” que cuando descubrimos cuál es el verdadero motivo que nos mueve a hacer algo es mucho más fácil mantenerlo en el tiempo. 

Cada uno tendremos uno distinto, pero yo voy a desnudar mi alma y contar mi séptimo “Para que…” 

¿Para qué quiero estar saludable? 

1. Para no enfermar. (¿Para qué…?) 

2. Para no tener dolores, ni físicos ni emocionales. (¿Para qué…?) 

3. Para gozar de un cuerpo saludable que al final es “mi templo divino” y además gestionar mis emociones, a través del auto cuidado (¿Para qué…?) 

4. Para tener más ENERGÍA. (¿Para qué…?) 

5. Para realizar todos mis sueños y aumentar mi crecimiento personal. (¿Para qué…?) 

6. Para sacar lo mejor de mí misma. (Para qué…?) 

7. Para ser más FELIZ YO y que mis seres queridos, y todas las personas que me rodean, se lleven “lo mejor de mí” Cuando “El séptimo para qué…” es tan POTENTE como el mío, en el que no solo me incluyo a mí, sino también a mis seres queridos, te puedo asegurar que no hay falta en la fuerza de voluntad, porque al final el AMOR mueve montañas. 

¿Y TÚ, sabes cuál es “Tu séptimo para qué…” que te motive a conseguir lo que quieras en tu vida…? 


1. MACRONUTRIENTES: que no te falte en ninguna de tus comidas un equilibrio de: 

—PROTEÍNAS: Huevos, carne, pescados… 

—HIDRATOS DE CARBONO SALUDABLES: verduras, fruta, legumbres… 

—GRASAS SALUDABLES: Aceites virgen extra de oliva, coco, semillas… Aguacate, frutos secos, semillas… 

2.MICRONUTRIENTES: Hay que “comer en colorines” para que no te falte ninguna vitamina, mineral, ni antioxidante… 

3.Compra ALIMENTOS CRUDOS y cocínatelos tú. (evita los precocinados, enlatados y con muchos “E”: que son edulcorantes, saborizantes, conservantes, potenciadores del sabor…) 

4.MÁS AGUA…!! Menos bebidas azucaradas, refrescos light o alcohol. 

5.MÁS ACTIVIDAD FÍSICA… Menos vida sedentaria y más ejercicio. Lo ideal sería realizar una actividad física diaria de 30 minutos. 

6.DESCANSO… “El sueño alimenta más que la comida” Cuida tu descanso porque de él dependerá tu día. 

7.GENERA PEQUEÑOS HÁBITOS. Está comprobado que los pequeños hábitos, paso a paso, son los que nos van dando el éxito a nuestras metas. 

8.CUIDA TUS PENSAMIENTOS. No podemos controlar nuestras emociones, pero si gestionarlas para elegir cómo sentirnos. Enfócate en pensamientos positivos, ya que “el dolor es inevitable, pero el sufrimiento es optativo”. Ponte siempre en “el mejor de los casos”. 

9.AGRADECE, AGRADECE Y AGRADECE. Es la píldora más MÁGICA que existe para tener salud y una vida plena. 

10.PERDONA Y PERDÓNATE. Aparte de conducirnos a relaciones más sanas, mejora la salud mental, el control de la ansiedad y el estrés. 

Está demostrado que incluso mejora la presión arterial disminuye la depresión, fortalece el sistema inmunitario e incluso se ha relacionado con beneficios de la función cardíaca.
