CAPA Y ESPADA
La literatura de Alejandro Dumas es, junto a la de Julio Verne, la que más veces se ha llevado al cine.
Sus aventuras de capa y espada vuelven en este 2023 con dos partes de su novela publicada en 1844, “Los tres mosqueteros” una de las grandes novelas históricas.
Este viernes 14 de abril, se estrena en nuestros cines “Los tres mosqueteros: D’Artagnan”, la nueva película del director francés Martin Bourboulon y que cuenta con un reparto internacional importante.
Una coproducción entre Francia, Alemania y España que da una nueva vista al cine de capa y espada.
Si el director italiano, Sergio Leone, nos acercó a un western más austero y sucio, con vaqueros sin afeitar, donde sus vestimentas estaban llenas de mugre y polvo, ahora Martin Bourboulon nos muestra un Siglo XVII con los plebeyos mugrientos, de hecho, Françoise Civil (D’Artagnan) está toda la película con la ropa y el cuerpo sucio, debido a ese viaje a caballo de Gascuña a París para convertirse en uno de los mosqueteros del Rey.
La novela nos hablaba de las ambiciones de los miembros de la corte francesa por derrocar el cristianismo y el reinado de Luis XIII.
En esta nueva versión, eso se ve muy bien reflejado y muestra los movimientos de todos los participantes, como si fuera una partida de ajedrez, para conseguir sus objetivos.
El ritmo de esta nueva versión es impecable, donde desde el comienzo, con ese asalto bajo la lluvia, hasta su final es trepidante, gracias a la labor del gran montaje y a la interpretación de actores como Vincent Cassel (Athos), Pío Marmal (Porthos), Romain Durais (Aramis), Lyna Khoudri (Constance), Vicky Krieps (Reina Ana de Austria), Eva Green (Milady de Winter), Louis Garrel (Luis XIII), Eric Ruf (Cardenal Richelieu).
Otro de los puntos fuertes de esta nueva versión es su maravillosa adaptación, con vestuario, armas y carruajes de la época, sin olvidar los decorados naturales y de interior que nos trasladan tan bien a esa época. Para los más cinéfilos, verán homenajes a otros films en algunos de su pasaje, como la llegada a Inglaterra de D’Artagnan, o ese baile de máscaras en el castillo del Duque de Buckingham.
Y ya para finalizar esta crónica, no se levanten de sus asientos hasta el final del todo, ya que hay una escena post crédito que enlaza con la segunda parte que nos llegará a finales de este año.
