OTRO TIPO DE ORDEN

Hola de nuevo, otro mes más vengo a hablar del orden, pero este mes será especial, siento que debo hablar de otro tipo de orden, no todo el orden está en casa, en los armarios o en el escritorio, hay muchos tipos de órdenes y hoy hablaremos del orden en la vida.

¿Cómo se define el orden?

• Modo de poner los elementos, cosas y personas en el espacio y suceder los acontecimientos en el tiempo, según criterio o los que le corresponde.

• Buena disposición de las cosas entre sí.

• La manera que se observa para hacer las cosas.

• Sucesión o secuencia de elementos.

Orden en las jerarquías: Está claro que hay un tipo de orden en la jerarquía, la estructura que se establece entre personas, animales o cosas y que hace que actuemos según los valores instaurados.

Orden en la familia: Como en las instituciones jerárquicas, es muy importante que en la familia se respete el orden, el papá, la mamá, el primer hijo, etc. cuando uno de los lugares jerárquicos está ocupado por alguien a quien no le pertenece ese lugar, ese desorden se reflejará en alguna situación y provocará conflictos en su vida.

Orden en el trabajo: En las instituciones laborales tenemos muy claro que cada uno ocupa su sitio, que el superior nos da las órdenes y que hay distintos lugares de trabajo, y que la responsabilidad de cada uno es realizar aquello que le corresponde, si no somos responsables del lugar que nos corresponde llega el caos.

Orden en los pensamientos: Para poner orden en los pensamientos, aprende a pensar más despacio, ten cuidado de actuar sin pensar, permítete sentir aquello que vas a responder o aquello que te dicen antes de responder desde la mente. Pensar más despacio nos permitirá aplicar ese filtro mental con el que separar las ideas lógicas de las ideas irracionales. No dudemos en aplicar estas estrategias cuando percibamos ese desorden interno que, a la larga, trae el caos a nuestra vida. Al fin y al cabo, pensar bien es sentirnos mejor.

Ordenar los pensamientos y poner un poco de equilibrio a nuestro universo mental revierte de manera directa en nuestra calidad de vida

Orden en nuestro día a día: Hay muchos otros lugares donde existe un orden y solo tenemos que fijarnos en nuestro día a día, orden jurídico, orden en la educación, orden en las calles, en la naturaleza, las carreteras, los supermercados, etc. todo se basa en darle una jerarquía o estructura a aquello que nos acompaña, incluso en el amor, con amor siempre salen las cosas mejor.

Y es que todo en nuestra vida se rige con el orden, y evidentemente para que haya orden debe haber un hábito, una rutina, hagamos de nuestro día a día una gestión de todo aquello que nos vaya sucediendo. Darse cuenta de que el orden es imprescindible para que las cosas funcionen bien, eso sería un buen ejercicio diario, observar todo lo que nos rodea, en lo que sucede, en las costumbres, para darnos cuenta de la importancia del orden en nuestras vidas. Luego instaurarlo en nuestras rutinas, para nuestro bienestar, para gestionar el tiempo, para tener más calidad de vida y estar en paz.

En general, al tomar consciencia de la importancia del orden nos sentimos más seguros, nos volvemos más resolutivos, nos damos cuenta del valor en la toma de decisiones y ganamos en autoestima, libertad y confianza, así como nos facilita a visualizar mejores proyectos personales.
